Private Lessons/Group Clinics/Guided Rides:

We understand life can throw us all challenging circumstances sometime, if something comes up, injury, sickness, travel changes please contact us and we will work with you on a fair resolution.

For cancellations outside of one week from scheduled date, we will offer full refund.

For cancellations within one week to 48 hours of scheduled date, we will offer 50% refund.

For cancellations less than 48 hours no refund. 

 

Kid's Bike Camps:

Payment & Cancellations

• The $150 deposit is non-refundable and applied toward total camp tuition

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the start of camp

• Because camp sizes are limited, deposits help us plan staffing and instruction

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to camp start may be eligible for a credit toward a future camp, subject to availability

• Cancellations made within 14 days of camp start are non-refundable

 

Weather: If a lesson, clinic, or camp needs to be canceled because of inclement weather, Tahoe Mountain Bike Academy will offer a full credit that may be used at a future date. Credits are for the original participant only and may not be transferred.
