We understand life can throw us all challenging circumstances sometime, if something comes up, injury, sickness, travel changes please contact us and we will work with you on a fair resolution.

For cancellations outside of one week from scheduled date, we will offer full refund.

For cancellations within one week to 48 hours of scheduled date, we will offer 50% refund.

For cancellations less than 48 hours no refund. 

 

Weather: If a lesson or clinic needs to be canceled because of inclement weather, Tahoe Mountain Bike Academy will offer a full credit that may be used at a future date. Credits are for the original participant only and may not be transferred.
